Role Description
The Event Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end events and forums for Europe Luxs® members. This is a hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some work from home acceptable. Day-to-day activities include assisting with event concept development, managing guest lists, coordinating venues and suppliers, preparing event materials, and ensuring seamless on-site delivery. The role also involves liaising with members and partners, responding to inquiries, supporting event marketing campaigns, and gathering feedback to improve future events. The Event Specialist works closely with internal stakeholders to maintain the brand’s premium standards and deliver exceptional attendee experiences.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on professionalism, responsiveness, and relationship building in a high-net-worth environment.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication, confident verbal interaction, and effective stakeholder management.
- Proven Event Planning experience, including logistics coordination, supplier management, scheduling, and on-site event support.
- Event Marketing and Sales skills to support promotional activities, drive attendance, and nurture participant interest in future events.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfort working in a hybrid model with occasional evenings or weekends aligned to event schedules.
- Experience with CRM or event management tools, and proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace).
- Prior experience in luxury, financial, or high-end corporate events is advantageous.
- Relevant education or training in Events, Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
