Recognized in the ProcureTech 100 for Procurement Innovation, our SaaS Platform and accompanying services completely transform the buying experience for large companies around the globe. We serve companies in the Global 2,000 and our existing clients include some of the world’s biggest corporations. We’ve raised over $130M from leading investors including Goldman Sachs, 9Yards Capital, JP Morgan, American Express, Altos, Craft, and NFX. Available in almost 50 countries, Candex is expanding our already robust footprint and is looking for ambitious, fun people to join us on our mission to revolutionize the way businesses engage and pay their suppliers.

About The Role

Candex is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused Event Specialist to own the end-to-end delivery of our global events and customer experiences. This is not a coordination role. We are looking for someone who can take an event from concept through to flawless execution, anticipating challenges before they arise, building detailed project plans, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring every aspect of an event is delivered to an exceptionally high standard.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes full ownership of their work, and doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done. They are equally comfortable thinking strategically about the attendee experience while managing the smallest operational details that make an event successful. At Candex, we value people who are collaborative, adaptable, positive, and enjoy building strong relationships. We work hard, support one another, and genuinely enjoy what we do. We're looking for someone who will become an integral part of that culture while taking accountability for delivering world-class events.

We are looking for someone in London, UK, with occasional domestic and international travel.

Key Responsibilities

Own the End-to-End Event Lifecycle

  • Take full ownership of multiple events simultaneously, managing every stage from concept, planning, execution and post-event reporting.
  • Translate ideas into detailed, executable project plans with clear timelines, milestones, dependencies and ownership.
  • Drive projects forward independently, ensuring nothing is overlooked, delayed or left until the last minute.
  • Maintain complete visibility across all event deliverables and proactively identify risks before they impact timelines.
  • Take accountability for the overall success of every event under your ownership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
