Role Description
The Event Staff role at Fat Frank's Catering Ltd is a part-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. In this role, team members will be setting up and dismantling equipment, handling food preparation and the pizza service, whilst maintaining a clean, organised work area. The role also includes coordinating with other staff to follow event timelines, respecting health and safety standards, and representing the brand in a professional manner. Evening and weekend availability is often required, aligned with event scheduling.

- Ideally able to drive, with a valid UK driving license and above the age of 25 to be able to drive a hired small van.
- Food Knowledge and Preparation skills desired but will be taught on the job.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage guests courteously and clearly.
- Understanding of the menu and allergens involved are important.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a professional, approachable manner.
- Comfort with standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as lifting and carrying equipment.
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, or catering is beneficial but not required.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, and eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
