Position Overview

We are seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our events team at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship. The successful candidates will play a vital role in managing traffic operations, ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles, and providing guests with a safe and welcoming experience.

Event Dates: Monday 28th September - Sunday 4th October 2026

Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

Contract: Zero-hour contract

Key Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Previous experience as a Traffic Marshal (desirable, but not essential)
  • Professional and well-presented appearance
