Visitor Experience & Ticketing Assistant (m/f/d) - London - Event Staff

About Us
Balloon Museum is an international museum dedicated to inflatable contemporary art and immersive interactive installations. Following its outstanding success across three continents, Balloon Museum is now coming to London, bringing a unique artistic experience to the UK.
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Visitor Experience team and help create an unforgettable experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors and providing exceptional customer service
- Managing visitor flow throughout the exhibition
- Supporting visitors during their museum experience
- Providing basic cultural mediation and exhibition information
- Operating the ticket office and cash register
- Assisting with daily operational activities

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for art, culture, and visitor engagement
- Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
- Reliable, proactive, and flexible approach to work
- Fluent English is mandatory; Proficiency in other languages will be considered a plus.

Salary: £13.00 per hour
