Its roll call of drivers is legendary, with its seven Drivers’ Championship trophies being lifted by true icons of the sport: Alan Jones, Keke Rosberg, Nelson Piquet, Nigel Mansell, Alain Prost, Damon Hill and Jacques Villeneuve. The team has made history before and is out to make it again with a long-term mission to evolve and return to the front of the grid.
Job Description
Marketing Logistics Coordinator
Williams is looking for a Marketing Logistics Coordinator to support the efficient running of warehouse, stock and freight operations for Hospitality and Events, with additional support to Marketing where required.

You'll take ownership of inventory control, picking and packing, shipment coordination and logistics administration, making sure all assets and materials are delivered accurately and on time.
What you'll be doing
Warehouse & Stock
- Maintaining an organised, safe and efficient warehouse area of responsibility
- Managing storage of Hospitality, Events and selected Marketing assets
- Maintaining accurate stock, inventory and compliance checks using current software systems
- Completing regular stock counts and reconciliations
- Monitoring stock levels, highlighting shortages or issues, and keeping data up to date
- Operating forklift and other specialist warehouse FLT equipment where qualified
Picking, Packing & Dispatch
- Picking, packing and preparing shipments for races, events and activations
- Ensuring all items are packed, labelled and dispatched in line with freight timeline constraints
- Managing returns and post-event stock movements
Freight & Logistics
- Coordinating with the Logistics department to book freight movements
- Overseeing inbound and outbound warehouse shipments
- Preparing shipping paperwork, commercial invoices and related documents
- Tracking deliveries and resolving issues proactively

Administration
- Raising purchase orders for freight, consumables and warehouse requirements
- Maintaining supplier and shipment records
- Maintaining the inventory stock list for all items
Stakeholder Support
- Working closely with Hospitality and Events, Marketing and the wider Marketing team when required
- Responding quickly to operational requirements in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
What we're looking for
- Experience in warehouse, stores or logistics operations
- Forklift licence preferred
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Experience with inventory systems, shipping admin and purchase orders preferred
- Good Excel and administrative skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- A proactive, hands-on approach
