Our Managed Technology division provides rental solutions for audio, video, IT, and communications technology used at globally renowned events such as Formula 1, the Super Bowl, and Rock am Ring. Behind every successful event is a highly efficient warehouse operation that ensures the right equipment is available, prepared, tested, and delivered on time.

As a Event Technician (m/f/d) - Warehouse Operations, you will play a key role in keeping our logistics and warehouse processes running smoothly while supporting the preparation and handling of cutting-edge event technology. This is a hands-on position with a strong warehouse focus, offering the opportunity to contribute directly to world-class live productions and occasionally experience them firsthand.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee warehouse operations including order picking, packaging, goods receipt, storage preparation, and shipment coordination.
  • Ensure proper shipment packaging, process returns efficiently, and support timely deliveries to customers and project locations.
  • Design, supervise, and program technical solutions and equipment in line with the Managed Technology Core Workflow.
  • Prepare, configure, and support the implementation of technical equipment, while carrying out troubleshooting and technical reporting when required with occasional on-site support.
  • Maintain CRM and ERP systems by ensuring accurate data entry, monitoring bookings, and supporting smooth operational processes.
  • Conduct inventory checks, support annual stocktaking activities, and operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and conveyors.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues, customers, and external partners on both national and international projects and communications.

THAT'S YOU

  • Vocational training or equivalent experience in logistics, commercial operations, events, entertainment, or warehouse management
  • Hands-on and proactive mindset with a strong can-do attitude
  • Experience working with MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM or ERP systems such as SAP
  • Technical affinity or interest in electronics and event technology
  • Strong organisational skills with a structured and process-oriented approach, as well as excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures and teams
  • Open to occasional national and international travel for on-site support of events
  • Fluent English skills; additional languages are considered an advantage
