Alfrd is a London-based finance technology company building tools that give finance teams a clearer view of their numbers and the reasoning behind them. We work with finance leads, founders and fractional CFOs at scaling companies.
Role Description
Events Volunteer — London, starting October 2026.
We're building out how we bring our community together - workshops, dinners, meetups and smaller sessions. The first is in October, with more to follow.

You'll help us deliver them. On the day, that means setup and breakdown, greeting and registering guests, managing materials and signage, and supporting speakers and staff. In the run-up, you'll help with attendee lists, materials and comms. Afterwards, feedback and follow-ups. There's a fair amount of small, unglamorous work in making an event run well, and you'd be picking up plenty of it.

Qualifications
- Organised, with the ability to juggle logistics without dropping things
- Confident with people — you'll be the first face guests see
- Happy to pick up small tasks as well as the visible ones
- Detail-oriented with registrations, materials and onsite arrangements
- Available in London for events, with some remote prep beforehand
