About Brazil Investment Week

With editions in London, Dubai, Shanghai, and Hong Kong, Brazil Investment Week (BIW) is a global, multi-country investment summit connecting investors, major corporations, and government authorities across the UK, the EU, LatAm, and the BRICS nations.

For the 2026 London Edition (9–13 November), we are opening volunteer positions for those who want to gain hands-on experience at one of the most international business and investment gatherings focused on Brazil and emerging markets.

What You'll Do:

  • Support event operations, guest management, and networking activities
  • Welcome and assist speakers, delegates, and VIP guests
  • Help coordinate sessions, panels, and venue logistics
  • Represent BIW and contribute to the experience of international participants

Main Volunteer Tracks

Business Relations & Delegations

  • Support international delegations, speakers, and strategic partners
  • Assist with stakeholder coordination and networking activities
  • Facilitate meetings, introductions, and relationship management during the summit

Events Operations

  • Support venue operations, guest management, and event logistics
  • Coordinate session flow, speakers, and networking activities
  • Assist VIP guests, delegates, and partner organizations

Media Coverage & Communications

  • Capture and produce content for social media and event communications
  • Support interviews, speaker coverage, and post-event reporting
  • Assist with audience engagement and digital promotion throughout the week
