B2B Account Executive

I’m working on an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Events Account Executive to join a fast-paced B2B events and marketing team working across the technology sector.
This is a role for someone who lives and breathes events and is comfortable managing multiple projects, clients, and deadlines at pace.
The team delivers a high volume of B2B events, including intimate roundtables, executive breakfasts, dinners, and other targeted client experiences for some of the biggest names in technology.
Think Salesforce, AWS, Adobe, Google, and similar global tech brands.

- Managing the end-to-end logistics of multiple B2B events
- Coordinating venues, suppliers, speakers, and event requirements
- Working closely with clients and acting as a day-to-day point of contact
- Managing event timelines, deliverables, and project plans
- Supporting campaign and event activity across multiple accounts
- Attending and managing events on the day
- Coordinating internal teams to ensure everything runs seamlessly
- Supporting budgets, reporting, and client updates
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
What we're looking for:
- Strong hands-on events experience – ideally within B2B, corporate, or agency environments
- Experience managing multiple events simultaneously
- Someone who is comfortable working at pace and under pressure
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confident client-facing communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Someone who is happy to get stuck in and take ownership from planning through to deliver
- Tech/B2B experience would be highly desirable, particularly experience delivering roundtables, breakfasts, dinners, or other senior-level B2B events.
