A growing events and catering company is seeking a highly organised, proactive Events & Administration Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of weddings, corporate events, brand activations and private celebrations. This hands-on role combines event coordination, administration and creative development, working closely with the Head of Creative and wider events team. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both the operational detail and the creative side of events, with strong potential for progression.

Responsibilities
- Event planning — Support the Head of Creative with planning, creative development and client experience delivery.
- Event coordination — Assist with coordinating private events, celebrations and brand activations.
- Client documentation — Prepare proposals, quotations, briefs, function sheets and schedules.
- Creative development — Contribute to concepts, moodboards and client presentations.
- Trend research — Research food, beverage and event design trends to generate fresh ideas.
- Client & supplier coordination — Arrange meetings, site visits, tastings and supplier appointments.
- Event administration — Maintain records, track deadlines and follow up on client requirements.
- Supplier liaison — Coordinate venues, suppliers and production partners.
- Logistics support — Assist with staffing, equipment, logistics and rotas.
- On-site delivery — Represent the organisation on-site, oversee set-up and ensure high standards.
- Operations communication — Work closely with kitchen and operations teams to communicate event needs.
- Post-event reporting — Support post-event admin, feedback and reporting.

Requirements
We need someone who is:
- Experienced in events, hospitality or catering
- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
- A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Creative, trend-aware and comfortable contributing ideas
- Proactive, solutions-focused and able to manage multiple priorities
- Professional when dealing with clients, venues and suppliers
- Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Competent with Microsoft Office and Apple Mac
- Flexible with occasional evenings/weekends and travel
