Job Title

We're an international live events company creating, launching and scaling event brands across the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, South Africa, the USA and Canada. As we keep growing, we're hiring 2 x Events Administrators to join our events team. Shrek Rave. Bed By 10. Bosh Bingo. Cirque Du Rave. R&B Fest. The Brunch Club. If you know some of these, you already know what we do.

Full-time | £26,000 per annum | Start ASAP

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the events team with uploading and setting up events on our ticketing platforms, including event reminders and updates
  • Assisting with contracts, including issuing and tracking returns
  • Liaising with venues, partners, artists, and suppliers to chase outstanding information
  • Supporting show advancing, including sending and updating advance documents
  • Coordinating the sending and tracking of event equipment
  • Tracking end-of-night reports
  • Updating and maintaining sales reports and internal event documents
  • Ensuring the marketing team has all required information for event on-sales
  • Researching new venues and compiling venue options
  • Attending networking events and internal/external meetings, taking clear notes and actions
  • Supporting events across multiple territories, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider events team

About you

  • Highly organised, with serious attention to detail
  • A confident communicator, especially over email
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, shared documents and systems
  • Reliable with deadlines and able to juggle multiple tasks
  • Proactive: you'll ask for work, ask questions and go to people to learn, rather than waiting to be told
  • Genuinely interested in music, nightlife and live events

Previous admin or events experience is useful but not essential. You'll get a structured onboarding and full training from the team.

Monday to Friday, in our Oval, London office. This is a fully office-based role.

Occasional flexibility with international time zones.
