Our mission is to streamline and enhance student recruitment processes through innovative solutions, making academic institutions more efficient and effective globally. As we expand, we're excited to integrate sales and business development expertise into our team, complementing our deep tech roots and bringing fresh perspectives to our strategies.

The Role

We’re looking for a Events & Campaigns Manager to lead the planning and delivery of Enroly’s events programme and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support brand awareness, engagement, and commercial growth.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you’ll turn marketing priorities into well-executed campaigns and events - from webinars and roundtables through to conferences, flagship events, and targeted campaign activity.

This is a hands-on role combining campaign execution, event management, and marketing operations, with responsibility for ensuring activity is delivered effectively, measured properly, and connected to wider commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

Events (70%)

  • Develop and manage Enroly’s annual events programme across webinars, roundtables, conferences, roadshows, flagship, and partner events.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of events, from planning and promotion through to logistics and follow-up.
  • Manage venues, suppliers, speakers, partners, sponsors, agencies, and event materials.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to define the audience, objective, and commercial outcome for each event.
  • Coordinate event promotion, including landing pages, invitations, reminders, and follow-up activity.
  • Lead delivery for key events and ensure internal and external stakeholders are clearly briefed.
  • Establish repeatable processes and templates to make event delivery efficient and scalable.
  • Track attendance, engagement, target-account participation, pipeline influence, and ROI to inform future event decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
