Package: £40,000 - £45,000 + Car Allowance + Profit Share Bonus + Development Opportunities

Location: Stafford (Office-based, with National travel to Events & Customer Sites)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

Company Description

Corgin Ltd provides rapid-response hire, sales, and support solutions focused on wastewater aeration and dust and odour suppression for industrial sites. The company helps clients manage emergency incidents, maintain regulatory compliance, and address seasonal peaks while reducing risks to people, communities, and the environment. Family-owned and established in 2001, Corgin’s expertise in environmental compliance solutions dates back to the early 1990s. The team works closely with customers to protect the environment and keep sites compliant through temporary systems and ongoing service support.

Role Description

The Events and Customer Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Stafford, responsible for planning and delivering customer-focused marketing activities and events. Day-to-day, this role involves organizing exhibitions, conferences, and customer events that promote Corgin’s solutions, as well as coordinating logistics, collateral, and follow-up communications. The specialist will support customer marketing campaigns by collaborating on targeted content, managing event-related communications, and working with sales to generate and nurture leads. This position includes regular interaction with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience before, during, and after events. The role also requires tracking event performance, gathering customer feedback, and providing insights to improve future campaigns and overall customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering exhibitions, events, and field marketing campaigns
  • Managing event logistics, suppliers, budgets, and promotional activity
  • Capturing and analyzing event performance and ROI
  • Conducting customer visits and gathering valuable market insight
  • Developing customer testimonials, case studies, and advocacy content
  • Supporting the sales team with presentations, literature, and marketing collateral
  • Monitoring competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback
  • Coordinating brand activation initiatives across multiple channels
  • Supporting wider marketing projects and campaigns as required
