The role
We are seeking a creative Events and Engagement Coordinator with Duty Manager responsibilities to lead the delivery of a dynamic programme of member events, wellbeing campaigns and community initiatives across our premium gym and spa facilities. Working closely with residents and our key stakeholder clients, you will be responsible for creating engaging experiences that promote wellbeing, increase participation to create an inclusive community. You will build strong relationships with residents, identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and bring fresh ideas that add value to the overall offering.

Alongside these responsibilities, you will support the day-to-day operation of the club through duty management, ensuring the facility remains compliant and is presented to the highest standards. Fitness experience is advantageous, with opportunities to deliver personal training, group exercise classes and wellbeing events.
Requirements
- REPs Level 2 (Level 3)
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Previous experience within the luxury gym, spa, or hotel markets
- Confident swimmer required, Pool responder qualification or willingness to obtain.
