At Forge Holiday Group, we create unforgettable holiday experiences through award-winning brands like Sykes Holiday Cottages and Forest Holidays.
We're looking for an Events & Engagement Manager to own and grow our events programme, driving owner acquisition and brand engagement across national and regional events, webinars, and strategic partnerships.
📍 Location: Ideally Chester-based, but open to candidates across the UK (regular travel required)
⏰ Working Days & Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm (some evening & weekend flexibility required)
💰 Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum
You'll take ownership of our events strategy, delivering impactful experiences that generate leads, strengthen our brands, and drive commercial growth across the UK and Ireland.

✅ We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience delivering events and shaping event strategy
- Experience using events to generate commercial leads and pipeline
- Strong project management skills across live, virtual and hybrid events
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing budgets, suppliers and event logistics
- A data-driven approach with experience measuring ROI and KPIs
- The ability to work independently across multiple locations
- A full UK driving licence
⭐ Bonus points if you:
- Have experience in the travel, hospitality, leisure or property sectors.
- Have worked with webinar platforms and online events.
- Know the UK holiday letting or property market.
- Have experience supporting regional or distributed teams with events.
