We're hiring: Event and Expo AV Technician
designed. is looking for an AV Technician to join our event team, based out of our office and warehouse in Winchester.
You'll prep and pack kit, run technical checks, and operate AV on site for live events and expos. You'll also support our production manager, help maintain stock, and pick up new technologies as we bring them in.
What you'll be doing:
- Prepping, testing and packing AV kit for events and hires
- Delivering, setting up and running checks on site
- Operating kit during events as part of the crew
- Clearing down, returning kit to storage, and flagging any issues
- Covering client contact and general team support when needed

What we're looking for:
- A problem-solver who adds value for clients on site
- Full UK driving licence, willing to drive vans (training given)
- Flexible to work event dates and hours, with some UK and Europe travel
- 18+ to apply, best suited to 21 and over due to insurance
Office and warehouse-based in Winchester. No working from home.
In return we are offering:
- Full time salary+ overtime+ bonus + healthcare and we also make sure you get your Birthday off.
- Core hours salary range 24K to 30K based on experience.
