🚀 Senior Manager, Field & Experiential Marketing | AI Infrastructure | London | 90 - £130k

I'm working with a rapidly scaling AI infrastructure business that's looking for a Senior Manager, Field & Experiential Marketing to take ownership of its global events strategy.

This is definitely not just an events logistics role.

You'll own a portfolio of around 35 events a year and have the opportunity to shape what the entire programme looks like as the business scales.

Think:

  • 🌍 Major global conferences including GTC, GITEX and AI Summit
  • 🥂 Executive dinners and private roundtables
  • 🎤 Flagship brand experiences
  • 🤝 Strategic partnerships
  • 💻 Webinars and owned events

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

They're looking for someone who can operate at both levels – someone strategic enough to decide where they should be showing up and why, but still hands-on enough to actually make it happen.

A big part of the role is also commercial. You'll work closely with Sales and SDR teams around account targeting, meeting setting and follow-up, with a real focus on connecting events back to pipeline and revenue.

I'd love to speak to people who have:

  • 5–8+ years in B2B events / experiential / field marketing
  • Managed a high volume of international events
  • Run major conferences and large-scale activations
  • Created smaller C-suite dinners, roundtables or executive experiences
  • Owned or helped build an annual events strategy
  • Strong experience working with Sales and measuring pipeline / ROI
  • Ideally worked within enterprise technology, cloud, AI or infrastructure
  • A genuinely creative approach to events – not just logistics and execution
