Marketing & Events Manager
Location: Hybrid / predominantly home-based, with 1–2 days per week in West Berkshire, plus UK events
Driving licence and own transport essential
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing & Brand Manager to join a growing, founder-led jewellery brand.
This is a standalone marketing role with real ownership. Working directly with the Founder, you’ll take responsibility for bringing the brand to life across social media, content, events, email, and wider marketing activity.
You’ll be trusted to work independently and will spend a significant amount of your time working from home, alongside regular time with the team in West Berkshire and travel to events around the UK.
It’s a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants autonomy, variety, and the chance to make a genuine impact within a small, ambitious business.
The Role
You’ll own and deliver marketing activity across the business, including:
- Leading the social media calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
- Creating engaging photography, Reels, and short-form video content
- Managing community engagement, UGC, and influencer activity
- Supporting email marketing, website updates, PR, and product launches
- Tracking marketing performance and using data to understand what is working
- Taking ownership of the brand’s programme of prestigious UK shows, events, and pop-ups
- Managing event logistics, budgets, stock, staffing, transport, and timelines from start to finish
- Creating live and behind-the-scenes content at events
- Identifying new events, collaborations, and opportunities to grow the brand

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
