Description
To provide a high level of Event and Marketing administration support to the Student Success team for a wide portfolio of careers events, awards and competitions.
Outcomes
- Events and campaigns are delivered successfully
- Support the delivery of student events, awards, and competitions.
- Help organise logistics and campaign materials for ambassador programmes and student-facing activations.
- Liaise with students, universities, societies, and professional organisations to drive attendance and engagement.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign assets, schedules and deliverables are managed effectively.

Systems and processes are accurate and maintained
- Maintain campaign trackers, timelines and documentation to support smooth delivery and reporting.
- Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.
Person Specification
- Someone with a confident and professional manner with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work on several projects at once and be able to prioritise.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative, supportive and positive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to pick up new systems and skills with ease.
Work Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using tools like Excel and presentation software.
- Experience in events, marketing, or student engagement (preferred but not essential)
- Prior involvement in University Societies, part-time jobs, or volunteer roles is a bonus

Other Information
- 6 month fixed term contract starting September 2026
- 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm
- 3-month probationary period
