Role Overview

We're looking for an Events and Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the events and marketing team in the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-quality events and campaigns. You will help assist event logistics, liaise with suppliers and stakeholders, whilst also supporting and carrying out administrative tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the overall visibility and success of the organisation's and events and marketing activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Events Lead with day to day events, including admin, coordination and liaising with various brands.
  • Keeping an events case studies deck up to date with photography, results and feedback from brands.
  • Responsible for customer ticketing via appointed and guestlists, customer services and refunds for events.
  • Responsible for all Retail Activations, working with brands and internal teams to ensure brand activities are communicated timely and efficiently using brand creative where needed.
  • Supporting Creative Producer with ideation, supplier research and costing out production elements.
  • Overseeing redeemable barcodes with IT/Retail. Admin, P.O's and invoices.
  • Runner for all events set up/on-site/de-rig.
  • Support to Retail Marketing Manager where needed on day to day Marketing Campaigns, Projects and Admin.

About You

  • A well-organised, detail-minded approach and the ability to manage several projects at once
  • Clear, friendly communication with brands, suppliers, colleagues and customers
  • Accuracy and care with admin, including ticketing, guestlists, purchase orders and invoices
  • Good judgement when handling customer enquiries and refunds
  • Comfort with records and data, including GDPR, and the habit of documenting event results and feedback
  • A hands-on attitude at events, from set-up to de-rig
  • A genuine interest in retail, events and creative brands
