Job Title

UKHospitality provides the sector with the single, unified voice it needs. We are the only body to represent all industry sectors and suppliers to the industry under one roof. We also bring in smaller trade associations under our umbrella to spearhead hospitality’s representation on the strategic, structural and regulatory issues it faces, campaigning for policies to help the sector achieve further growth as a key driver of the UK economy.

UKHospitality also provides support, guidance and insight for our members. We have a renowned events programme which supports our work, member engagement and industry networking.

There are five seminars/conferences, networking social events, private members dinners, larger dinners for 200 people and a lunch for 1,200 people which is the industry event of the year at Christmas. We are growing this programme to include regional showcase events, and we need support with events delivery and marketing of our programme to delegates, the industry, event partners and sponsors.

Job Purpose

This role is to support and work with the Events and Special Projects Manager to deliver first-class events for UKHospitality. This role leads in the marketing of our events programme with support from marketing team, using a variety of marketing channels, and will support in event administration and organisation.

We are a small, friendly team so there is recognition of work and excellence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
