About Blissgrowth

Blissgrowth is the UK's #1 AI B2B Venture Studio. We've built 10 companies so far with exceptional second-time founders, including Yieldify (acquired), Reachdesk (Series B at $225m), StackOne (Series A) and Screenloop (acquired), and have been backed by top global investors like Google Ventures, Sequoia, and a16z.

We're now building 10 new AI companies over the next three years. Our events already bring together the best of the ecosystem - previous events have been sponsored by Google, HSBC Innovation Banking, Osborne Clarke, Goodwin, and Carta, with speakers and attendees including the unicorn founders of Paddle, MuleSoft, Bloom & Wild, Starling Bank and many more.

The Role

This is a full-stack community and partnerships role for someone who is naturally social, magnetic with people, and obsessively organised. You'll own the coordination and delivery of our events, build and nurture the community around them, negotiate with partners and sponsors, and help the studio validate new venture ideas by getting in front of the right people.

It sits at the intersection of events, community, partnerships and sales. You're the person who makes the room happen, works the room brilliantly, and turns those connections into real value for the studio.

What You'll Do

Events

  • Own the end-to-end coordination and organisation of our events - logistics, timelines, and flawless execution.
  • Source and secure incredible speakers, and curate guest lists that make each event genuinely worth attending.
  • Find the right people to bring into the room - founders, investors, operators - and make sure the networking is exceptional.
  • We will be running about ~20 events a year and ~20 dinners over time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
