Events and Programme Manager on a 14-month FTC, in a built environment consultancy. Fantastic culture. London-based. Salary up to £50,000 plus fantastic benefits!

This built environment consultancy, which boasts a great culture and a collaborative working style, is looking for an experienced Events and Programme Manager on a 14-month FTC to join the team, starting in Mid-October.

The firm is currently looking for someone to plan and deliver events led by the central Marketing team, whilst overseeing its wider corporate events and conference programmes.

A key initiative in the role will be to maintain and coordinate the firm’s events at high-profile industry conferences such as BCO and UKREiif. You will also gain exposure supporting the firm’s corporate networks, such as their Next Gen Programme.

As Events and Programme Manager, you will be:

  • Lead client and industry events from setting objectives to measuring success
  • Support the Marketing Team Assistant on providing directions for logistics and operational delivery
  • Coordinate speakers, target attendees, and briefings for the Events Programme
  • Support corporate networks by promoting event-related activity
  • Report on upcoming activity, outcomes and decisions
  • Oversee the corporate hospitality and debenture opportunities

You will have strong experience managing corporate events, including client and industry events from start to finish. You must have experience monitoring event costs and working within agreed budgets.

This role will suit someone from a professional services background, ideally property or construction. This will suit a senior exec looking to step up or a very experienced executive looking for a new challenge.
