What are you going to do:
Nightlife Events is seeking an outgoing, commercially minded Events and Promotions Manager to grow our events, audiences, and partnerships.
Your main responsibility
Your main responsibility will be launching and growing a new weekly Saturday club night at a major London venue.
Your responsibilities
- Develop partnerships with universities, societies, language schools, accommodation providers, group organisers, creators, and influencers.
- Generate group bookings, coordinate promotions, and help manage the event every Saturday night.
- Support ClubTicket by approaching suitable venues, promoters, and event organisers, building partnerships, and increasing ticket sales.
What we ask

- Be comfortable with sales.
- Be capable of working independently.
- Previous relevant experience is preferred.
Every Saturday night and at least 25 hours per week are essential, with additional availability during Freshers, launches, and major events.

PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
This is not a 9 to 5 desk job. The role involves Saturday nights, late finishes, daytime promotional activity, evening meetings, and occasional early starts.
- You must be available every Saturday night and able to commit to at least 25 hours per week. Additional paid hours will be required during Freshers, launches, Halloween, New Year’s Eve, and other major events.
- The position pays the London Living Wage of £14.80 per hour, with performance-related bonuses and the opportunity to receive a share of profits from selected events you help start, manage, and grow.
- Some weekday planning hours can be organised flexibly, subject to meetings, campaigns, and operational requirements.
