Temporary Role Assistant to Head of Events
We are looking for an organised, proactive and hands-on Events Administrator & Assistant to Head of Events to join a busy events team for a global brand in Northampton for a temporary assignment.
Working closely with the Head of Events, you will provide administrative and operational support across a range of motorsport and leisure events.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary and meeting management, including agendas, minutes and action tracking
- Team and events calendar, holiday and weekly update coordination
- Purchase orders, invoices, expenses and budget administration
- Managing the events inbox and supporting event logistics
- Preparing event briefings, reports and operational plans
- Supplier and contractor administration
- Supporting compliance documentation, including accreditation, risk assessments and method statements
- Providing wider support to the Global Corporate Events

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, practical and flexible approach
- Previous events, administration or coordination experience
