How we will keep you busy:

  • As a point of contact for our customers, you will be in charge of the bookings from initial enquiry to completion of planning,
  • You will be the mastermind behind planning and executing events that leave lasting impression,
  • Invoice, deposits and payments management - frequent communication with Management, Head of Sales and Finance team,
  • Accountable for developing detailed event plans, timelines and schedules,
  • Overseeing timely delivery of goods and services,
  • Coordinate with event & operation teams to ensure proper set-up, staffing and support for each event,
  • Leverage your initiative to drive customer outreach, implement diverse sales techniques and approaches to maximize result,
  • Provide assistance to the Head of Sales during site visits, ensuring seamless experience for clients and showcasing our venue potential,
  • Develop a creative and strategic approach to enrich site calendar as well as design and implement a comprehensive 30/60/90-day event program, ensuring alignment with seasonal trends, new movie releases and site-specific objectives

About YOU:

  • Excellent communicator with knack for building strong relationships,
  • Experienced in event planning or a related field,
  • Thrive in fast-paced environment,
  • Creative and passionate about designing extraordinary experiences,
  • Skilled in solving problems with professionalism and able to handle unexpected situations without breaking a sweat,
  • Organizational Champion who can manage all the moving parts like a pro and juggle multiple projects,
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
