About YAY COMMS
YAY COMMS is a cross-cultural communication agency based in London and Beijing. The Role
We believe in the power of “offline” connection. As an Events & Community Intern, you will help us bring brand stories to life through pop-ups, influencer events, and community workshops in London.

Responsibilities
- Event Coordination: Assist in the logistics of event planning, from venue sourcing to on-site management.
- Influencer Outreach: Help identify and contact relevant KOLs/KOCs for event invitations and gifting.
- Community Engagement: Support the building of our “YAY Community” through newsletters and offline meetups.
- On-site Support: Be the hands-on support during event days, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Who You Are
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Positive energy and comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people.
- Based in London (required for event attendance).
