About YAY COMMS
YAY COMMS is a cross-cultural communication agency based in London and Beijing. We specialise in helping global brands navigate the complexities of the Chinese market and assisting Chinese brands in building their presence internationally. We bridge the gap through creative storytelling, social media growth, and strategic consulting.
The Role
We believe in the power of “offline” connection. As an Events & Community Intern, you will help us bring brand stories to life through pop-ups, influencer events, and community workshops in London.

Responsibilities
- Event Coordination: Assist in the logistics of event planning, from venue sourcing to on-site management.
- Influencer Outreach: Help identify and contact relevant KOLs/KOCs for event invitations and gifting.
- Community Engagement: Support the building of our “YAY Community” through newsletters and offline meetups.
- On-site Support: Be the hands-on support during event days, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
