Location: Hybrid; HQ – Linley House, Dickinson Street, Manchester, M1 4LF, Home and On Site (Clients/ Venues)
Travel: Extensive Travel to Host and Attend Events across Manchester and the UK. Full Driving Licence and ability to drive to and from locations is required.
Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per annum (pro rata) - Based on Experience
Contract: Full Time – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

Role Purpose
To provide maternity cover by supporting the Managing Director in developing and delivering a winning Events Strategy that maintains growth for our Events Programme with The Premium Club (UK North, UK South and UAE Regions) and Next Level Networking UK, as well as supporting Client Events across the UK, ensuring full continuity of service throughout the cover period.
Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the delivery of both The Premium Club and the NLN UK Strategy whilst achieving Monthly Targets for Event Performance, Revenue and Profitability. This is part of the Company Sales Strategy.
- Supporting with Membership, Sponsorship and Partnership Development for The Premium Club.
- Accountable for Event Delivery in conjunction with managing any and all Venue Partners.
- Supporting with the Social Media Strategy and utilising your Personal Brand to promote the Next Level Brands as a Brand Ambassador both online and offline.
- Manage and develop our Community Groups across WhatsApp and Social Media Platforms.
- Liaise with any and all Sponsors, Partners or Suppliers for The Premium Club and Next Level Networking UK in terms of Commercials and Logistics.
- Attend other Networking and Social Events across the Regions in order to raise the Brand Profile and build new relationships, that ultimately can lead to new Memberships, Sponsorships and or Partnerships.
- Build strong relationships and manage Venues, Guest Speakers and Brand Partners across the Regions we operate in and manage these in our SalesForce CRM.
- Responsible for organising all aspects of the Customer Experience, and Software, with Email Marketing, Client Surveys and Case Studies, in conjunction with our Marketing Team via Next Level Marketing Agency.
- Organise and manage all Branded Promotional Materials and Merchandise, in conjunction with our Marketing Team via Next Level Marketing Agency.
- Co-Ordinate our Events Calendar that encompasses all Events, Exhibitions and Awards that we can attend across the year.
- Identifying trends and insights, and optimising the Events Propositions and performance based on these insights.
- Track and measure Sales and Events Performance with regular insights and Reports.

Additional Projects
- Leading key projects / initiatives within the business as and when required.
- First point of contact for assigned enquiries for The Premium Club and NLN UK.
- Working closely with the current Events Consultant ahead of maternity leave to ensure a thorough handover and continuity of all relationships and ongoing projects.

Your Experience
- Event Management experience
- Knowledge of Hospitality and Events Industries
- Sales Experience, preferably with Membership and Sponsorship
- Strong Personal Brand and Content Strategy on LinkedIn and Instagram
- Experience using a CRM System
- Experience using Task Management systems such as Microsoft Teams
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Proven analytical skills and a keen attention for detail
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Events Manager or similar role
- Open to learning new skills and hitting the ground running given the fixed-term nature of the role
- Strong Commercial Acumen and Sales Experience
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint and CRM Systems
- Strong Relationship Builder and Marketing Management
- Entrepreneurial and Resilient
- Must be Active and willing to represent the Consultancy, and wider Next Level Brands, on LinkedIn through creation and sharing of regular Content
- Able to organise and deliver Events to a consistent high standard
- Able to manage C Suite Clients that are Members, Sponsors and Partners
- Strong Social Media Experience in both Strategy and Execution
- Event Management or Marketing Degree (Desirable but not Essential)
This is a Fixed Term Contract covering a period of maternity leave. Whilst the intention is for the role to run for approximately 12 months, the exact end date will be confirmed in line with the substantive post holder's return to work.
