Job Title: Events Coordinator
Location: South Cambridge (Onsite)
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
Working Pattern: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
This is a full-time, office-based opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, close-knit team environment.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Speaking with customers over the phone, including outbound calls
- Promoting services and securing bookings
- Managing incoming enquiries via email
- Updating and maintaining internal systems and CRM records
- Supporting general administration and coordination tasks

About You
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have a confident and professional telephone manner
- Enjoy building relationships with customers
- Are organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Are comfortable using IT systems and databases
- Bring a proactive and positive approach to your work
This role would suit someone from a customer service, sales support or administrative background who enjoys customer interaction and is looking to develop their coordination skills.
