Salary: £16,800 per annum (Full-time equivalent £28,000 per annum)
Location: Newbury, Berkshire
Working pattern: Part-time, 3 days per week (Tuesday to Thursday), office-based
About The Role
We're looking for an organised and proactive Events Coordinator to join our growing Events team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a busy, collaborative team delivering a wide range of events. You'll play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of client events, working closely with our Event Managers and Director of Events to ensure every project runs smoothly from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working with people, and loves seeing projects come together. If you're calm under pressure, highly organised and enjoy variety, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting the planning and delivery of client events from initial enquiry through to completion
- Researching venues and suppliers, preparing proposals and coordinating travel, accommodation and event logistics
- Scheduling meetings, maintaining project timelines and keeping event calendars and project systems up to date
- Managing event documentation, purchase orders, supplier information, invoices and budget administration
- Providing operational support before, during and after events, working closely with internal teams to ensure everything is delivered on time and to a high standard
What you'll bring
- Previous experience in an events, administration, project coordination or agency support role
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A professional, customer-focused attitude
