An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Events Coordinator to join our expanding team and organisation. What’s the role?
The role is offered as full-time position.
The role is a hybrid role, predominantly based at our head office in Salford, but will require some travel for events as required.
We are looking for an experienced Events Coordinator to manage and oversee all elements of CPC’s external event planning and management. This role will put you right at the forefront of promoting the work of CPC to the education sector and beyond as well as using your skills to support various internal projects. You will bring event insights and internal improvements to evolve our event offerings and will have at least two years of event planning experience and a long history of coordinating successful events.

As part of the Communications Team, you will be an effective ambassador for our brand and will have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of exciting projects across different areas of our business.

- Salary of up to £28,450 FTE per annum depending on experience.
- Generous yearly discretionary bonus following successful probation.
- Remote working with visits to clients onsite when required.

The role will suit a candidate with the following:
- At least 2 years experience in coordinating and planning events in a corporate environment.
- Experience working with colleagues in graphic design, sales, marketing, and communications.
- Experienced in the coordination and administration of live events.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing budgets and tracking expenses.
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Acrobat, and Excel.
