A national law firm is seeking an organised, proactive Events Coordinator to support the delivery of a high-quality events programme that strengthens brand visibility and supports business development. Working closely with the Senior Events Manager, the role involves coordinating in-person and virtual events including conferences, roundtables, networking events, client receptions and internal events. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role suited to someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable event experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Event logistics — Support planning and delivery of event logistics including venues, suppliers, invitations, registration and on-site coordination.
  • Event materials — Prepare badges, signage, collateral and branded merchandise.
  • Stakeholder coordination — Work with internal teams (legal, marketing, IT, facilities) to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Event administration — Maintain records, calendars, supplier details and post-event feedback.
  • Reporting — Support post-event analysis including ROI, engagement and lessons learned.
  • Brand experience — Ensure all events reflect brand tone and values; liaise with design teams.
  • Merchandise management — Coordinate ordering, storage and stock levels of promotional materials.
  • CRM management — Use CRM to manage guest lists, invitations, attendance and follow-up.
  • Post-event follow-up — Support surveys, thank-you communications and lead referrals.

We need someone who is:

  • Experienced in events, marketing or administration
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and confident managing multiple deadlines
  • A strong communicator with good stakeholder skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with CRM or event platforms (desirable)
  • Collaborative, friendly and aligned with the firm’s values
