Description

About Bright Software Group

At Bright, we are powering the digital practice of tomorrow – today.

We deliver products that help accountants, payroll bureaus, and businesses across the UK and Ireland work smarter and win more. Our innovative solutions and outstanding customer experiences enable our customers to run their businesses efficiently and serve their customers brilliantly.

We believe understanding is the difference between working and winning.

We’re a fast-moving, ambitious organisation growing rapidly across the UK and Ireland, and our Marketing team plays a central role in driving that growth.

The Role

This is a hands-on Events & Engagement Intern role, working closely with the Events & Engagement Manager and the wider Marketing team. You’ll support delivery across webinars, exhibitions, trade shows, and social media — getting involved in live activity from day one.

This role suits someone who wants to take on real responsibility early, is comfortable representing Bright in front of clients and audiences, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.

What You'll Do

Webinar Programme

  • Assist with the day-to-day delivery of Bright’s webinar programme
  • Coordinate webinars from initial brief to delivery — scheduling, speaker liaison, platform set-up, registration, and attendee communications
  • Manage the webinar calendar, keeping activity planned and coordinated across multiple campaigns, products, and audiences
  • Support live webinar delivery, including technical and speaker support
  • Own webinar reporting, tracking registrations, attendance, engagement, and lead generation
  • Research competitor webinar activity and suggest new ideas for topics, formats, and audience engagement

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
