About us

Fresenius Kabi is a global health care company that specialises in lifesaving medicines and medical technologies for infusion, transfusion, clinical nutrition and biosimilars. Our expansive portfolio of products provides essential support for the care of critical and chronically ill patients. As a global health care group with more than 100 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and life sciences, we have more than 30,000 employees worldwide, with just over 1000 in the UK & Ireland.

Are you an experienced events professional who knows how to turn every customer interaction into a memorable, high-impact experience?

We are looking for an Events & Engagement Manager to lead the planning, promotion, delivery and evaluation of healthcare professional engagement activities across our UK Nutrition and Homecare business. From congresses and conferences to webinars, speaker programmes and customer events, you will create high-quality experiences that strengthen engagement and maximise the impact of every interaction.

This is a varied, hands-on role in which you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Scientific Affairs and external partners. You will take ownership of event delivery, communications, budgets, suppliers, compliance and performance measurement, while helping us develop more connected physical, virtual and hybrid customer experiences.

What you’ll do

Plan and deliver outstanding events

  • Lead conferences, congresses, exhibitions, webinars, speaker programmes and customer events from initial concept through to evaluation.
  • Create clear and on track project plans, timelines and schedules whilst anticipating risks.
  • Coordinate venues, agencies, suppliers, speakers, exhibitors, registration platforms and event partners.
  • Take ownership of logistics, on-site delivery, stand builds, contingencies and issue resolution.
  • Continuously improve event quality and maintain accurate records, including required healthcare professional reporting.

Bring audiences with you

  • Plan and deliver promotional activity that drives awareness, registrations and attendance.
  • Create engaging campaigns across email, web, social media and other relevant channels.
  • Design joined-up audience journeys and communications before, during and after each event.
  • Coordinate actions and deliverables across internal teams and external partners, while supporting related Sales and Marketing campaigns when needed.
  • Ensure all communications are clear, brand-consistent and appropriate for healthcare audiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
