🎬 WE’RE HIRING: Events Executive 📍 London | Hybrid
Love entertainment? Love events? Love making things happen? IM Marketing is looking for a passionate, proactive, and highly organised Events Executive to join our growing team. We’re a leading film and entertainment marketing agency delivering Trade Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, and Experiential Events campaigns across the UK and EMEA. We work with major entertainment brands across film, gaming, and beyond, delivering everything from cinema activations, premieres, and screenings to launches, consumer experiences, and industry events.
The Role
As an Events Executive, you’ll be involved in the full event lifecycle — from developing creative ideas and researching suppliers through to production, on-site delivery, and post-event reporting. You’ll work closely with clients, venues, production companies, suppliers, and internal teams to bring exciting entertainment experiences to life. You’ll be involved in:

- Supporting creative event and experiential concepts
- Researching venues, suppliers, and production partners
- Helping develop proposals, presentations, budgets, and production plans

🎬 Event Production
- Supporting the end-to-end delivery of events
- Coordinating venues, suppliers, guest lists, invitations, AV, branding, and production
- Managing timelines, schedules, and event documentation
- Supporting event set-up, live delivery, and breakdown
🤝 Clients & Stakeholders
- Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
- Attending meetings and managing actions and follow-ups
- Identifying challenges early and bringing solutions to the table
📊 Budgets & Reporting
- Supporting event budgets and supplier management
- Tracking costs and production requirements
- Contributing to post-event reporting, case studies, and campaign evaluation
About You
You’ll ideally have at least 1 year’s experience in events, experiential, marketing, production, PR, or an agency environment, plus experience supporting the delivery of live events or experiences. We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and detail-focused
- Proactive and naturally gets things done
- Creative, with an eye for what makes an experience memorable
- Commercially aware and comfortable working with budgets
- Confident communicating with clients, suppliers, and partners
- Calm under pressure and solutions-focused when plans change
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and moving parts
- A collaborative team player
- Passionate about film, gaming, entertainment, events, and popular culture
