Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive, go-getting Events Executive to support the delivery of our year-round programme of customer and community events. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety, isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and wants to build a broad skill set focusing on Events, with touchpoints in Loyalty & Marketing.
You'll work closely with our Events team to help bring our experiences to life: from planning and supplier coordination through to on-the-day delivery and post-event analysis. There's also real scope to get involved in the wider marketing picture, with a particular focus on our Loyalty scheme, where our most engaged customers — our biggest ticket buyers and event attendees — sit.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their events or marketing career to gain broad, fast-paced exposure across events delivery and customer loyalty.
Role Responsibilities
- Support the Events team in delivering a compelling, year-round programme of events and community activity that brings people and communities together
- Help coordinate the practical delivery of events such as logistics, supplier bookings, timelines, and store briefings; working closely with CSO & store operational teams
- Support marketing, PR, online, and digital colleagues in driving awareness and ticket sales for events
- Help track and report on event performance (bookings, capacity, attendance, and feedback), flagging trends and opportunities
- Support the production of post-event analysis and reporting to inform future planning
- Assist with supplier relationship management, including sourcing quotes and maintaining strong day-to-day contact
- Support budget tracking and general administration of the events P&L
- Get involved in our Loyalty scheme marketing: helping build event-led campaigns and comms aimed at loyalty members, and identifying opportunities to grow engagement and ticket sales through this high-value customer group
- Pick up ad hoc marketing projects and tasks, with the opportunity to broaden your experience beyond events

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
