Role: Events Executive

We're looking for an Events Executive to join our team in London on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of £33,000 and a hybrid working pattern.

Responsibilities

  • Organise and deliver a varied programme of face-to-face and virtual events, ensuring event objectives and budgets are met.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venues, speakers, delegate onboarding, Zoom delivery and on-site event support.
  • Coordinate the delegate booking process, including maintaining event webpages and working with internal teams to provide a smooth delegate experience.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work with subject matter experts to develop event programmes.
  • Work with the Commercial Partnerships team to ensure sponsorship requirements and deliverables are completed.
  • Support event budgeting and reporting, including drafting and maintaining P&Ls and monitoring event information.

Requirements

Experience

  • Previous experience organising and delivering face-to-face events.
  • Previous experience organising and delivering virtual events/webinars, using Zoom or a similar platform.
  • Experience coordinating event logistics, including venues, speakers and delegates.
  • Experience working with and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines within a busy environment.
  • Experience providing strong administration and coordination throughout the event delivery process.
