Reporting to: Head of Client & Business Operations
Working closely with: Senior Producer, Creative Lead & Executive Producer/Founder
Salary: Dependent on experience
ROLE OVERVIEW
Water Creative is looking for an experienced Event & Experiential Producer to lead the planning and delivery of exceptional brand activations, launches, experiential campaigns, and live events.
You’ll own projects from initial brief through to installation, live delivery, and de-rig, ensuring every event is delivered creatively, commercially, and operationally. Alongside project delivery, you’ll support new business by developing proposals, contributing to creative concepts, and presenting production solutions to clients.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex production challenges, and takes pride in delivering exceptional client experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
EVENT PRODUCTION
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of activations, launches, dinners, pop-ups, and live experiences.
- Translate creative concepts into practical production plans.
- Create production schedules, run sheets, and critical paths.
- Manage installations, live operations, and de-rigs.
- Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to Water Creative’s production standards.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Scope projects and build detailed production budgets.
- Own project profitability and manage spend throughout delivery.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and client scope changes.
- Negotiate supplier and freelancer costs while maintaining quality.
- Work closely with Finance on invoicing and reconciliations.
CLIENT & NEW BUSINESS
- Act as the day-to-day production lead for clients.
- Build strong client relationships and confidently lead production meetings.
- Develop event proposals, budgets, and production approaches for new business.
- Present production solutions during pitches and identify opportunities to grow client accounts.

LOGISTICS & SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT
- Source venues, suppliers, freelancers, and production teams.
- Lead venue recces and manage logistics including travel, transport, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate fabrication, staffing, catering, entertainment, and specialist suppliers.
- Build and maintain a trusted network of production partners.
CREATIVE DELIVERY
- Contribute creative ideas, practical solutions, and recommendations that enhance the guest experience while remaining commercially and operationally achievable.
- Present creative production solutions, layouts, styling approaches, and activation ideas confidently to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure guest experience, styling, and production quality are exceptional throughout.
- Balance creativity with budget, feasibility, and operational delivery.
HEALTH & SAFETY
- Oversee RAMS, risk assessments, and production documentation.
- Ensure all suppliers and venues meet compliance requirements.
- Maintain safe working practices across all events.
ON-SITE DELIVERY
- Lead installations, rehearsals, live event operations, and de-rigs.
- Manage crews, suppliers, and client communications on-site.
- Troubleshoot challenges calmly while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.
POST EVENT
- Complete project reconciliations and supplier reviews.
- Capture learnings and support post-event reporting where required.

ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience producing live events, brand activations, or experiential campaigns.
- Experience owning projects from brief through to delivery.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and profitability.
- Excellent client management and communication skills.
- Confident managing venues, suppliers, and freelance teams.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Calm, proactive, and solutions-focused under pressure.
- Willing to work occasional evenings, weekends, and travel for events.
ESSENTIAL
- Experience delivering live events and experiential projects in fashion and beauty.
- Strong budget management and commercial understanding.
- Experience developing proposals and pitch responses.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Full right to work in the UK.
DESIRABLE
- Experience in an agency, events, experiential, or brand environment.
- Beauty, fashion, retail, or brand experience.
- Influencer, community, press event production.
- Knowledge of RAMS, Health & Safety, and event compliance.
- UK and international event experience.
