We're looking for an experienced and passionate Events Floor Manager to lead our Meetings & Events service operation, inspiring a team of supervisors and waiters to deliver outstanding guest experiences while ensuring flawless event execution.

About The Role
As Events Floor Manager, you'll work closely with the Meetings & Events Operations Manager to ensure every event is delivered seamlessly from start to finish.

You'll be responsible for:
- Leading service teams on the floor
- Building strong relationships with clients and event organizers
- Creating memorable experiences that exceed guest expectations
This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment, enjoys leading teams, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading Meetings & Events operations during service
- Managing, motivating, and developing a team of supervisors and waiters
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, organizers, suppliers, and vendors during events
- Ensuring all event requirements are delivered accurately and on time
- Coordinating closely with kitchen and operational teams to guarantee smooth execution
- Creating memorable guest experiences and resolving issues professionally
- Coaching and developing colleagues through training, feedback, and support
- Identifying opportunities to improve service standards, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
- Managing procurement requirements through Procure Wizard
- Maintaining the highest levels of health, safety, and compliance standards
- Championing Nobu's values of Family, Crafted, Smile, and Kokoro
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an engaging and inspiring leader who is passionate about luxury hospitality and exceptional service.
- Experience managing events, banqueting, or food & beverage operations within a luxury hotel or premium hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Experience working with high-profile guests, clients, and event organizers
- The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
