About Niche
Niche is a boutique talent management and creative agency working with some of the UK’s most exciting creators across fashion, beauty and lifestyle. We pride ourselves on being personal, hands-on and community-led. Alongside talent management and brand partnerships, we create opportunities that bring together our talent, wider creator network and brands - from gifting and product launches to events, activations and creator trips.
About the Role
This role has been created with growth in mind. Initially, you’ll work closely with the wider Niche team across the day-to-day coordination of gifting, events and creator opportunities. As you build your experience and confidence, we want you to take greater ownership of these areas - developing brand and creator relationships, contributing your own ideas and eventually helping shape Niche’s wider events, gifting and community offering.
We’re looking for an Events & Gifting Assistant to join our team and support across talent gifting, creator relationships and events.
This is an exciting junior role for someone who is highly organised, proactive and immersed in the world of social media, creators and brands. We’re looking for someone who is at the beginning of their career and excited by the opportunity to learn, take on more responsibility over time and ultimately grow with Niche.
A key part of the role will be managing gifting opportunities for Niche talent, helping coordinate the large volume of gifting requests, product sends and invitations that come into the agency from brands. You’ll act as a point of contact between brands, our talent and the wider Niche team, ensuring opportunities are communicated, organised and followed through efficiently.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
