We’re hiring: Events & Go-to-Market Coordinator
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Communications team at JW Anderson in London.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Communications Director, the Events & Go-to-Market Coordinator will support the planning and delivery of events, launches, and key commercial and brand moments across Retail, Wholesale, and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Communications, Marketing, Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce, Merchandising, Product Development, and Creative.
- Help ensure that activity is carefully coordinated, clearly communicated, and delivered in line with the JW Anderson brand.
- Support a varied program of activity, including:
- Retail events, client activations, and store openings
- Wholesale appointments, launches, and partner activations
- Collection and product launches
- Press events, brand moments, and cultural activations
- Collaborations and other key commercial initiatives
- Go-to-market calendars, launch plans, and communications toolkits
- Event logistics, guest lists, invitations, budgets, and reporting

Required Experience
- Previous experience in events, communications, PR, marketing, retail marketing, or a similar coordination role.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good commercial awareness.
- Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in a fast-moving environment.

Experience within luxury fashion and coordinating events across retail, wholesale, or brand environments would be an advantage.
