The Joblogic Story

Established in 1998, Joblogic is the UK’s #1 Field Service Management (FSM) software platform. We are a global business with offices in the UK, Pakistan, and Vietnam. Since our management buy-out in 2013, we have grown from ~£500K ARR to ~£35M+ ARR and expanded our team from 11 to 500+ people.

Recently, we secured a strategic growth investment from Vista Equity Partners — a global technology investor specialising in enterprise software. This investment includes over £100 million in new primary capital and will fuel our next phase of growth by accelerating our AI-first roadmap, expanding our platform into CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) capabilities, and supporting our expansion across Europe and beyond.

With Vista’s backing, we’re transforming from a successful UK business into a global scaling SaaS rocket ship, and we’d love for you to join us on our journey to £100M ARR across international markets.

Joblogic provides software to service contractors who install and maintain the built environment. Our platform helps businesses streamline operations, improve profitability, ensure compliance, and achieve rapid growth. With over 100,000 users across industries including HVAC, plumbing, electrical maintenance, facilities management, and building fabric maintenance, we are entering a new era of intelligent automation, predictive maintenance, and data-driven decision-making for service firms.

About the Role

Joblogic is scaling fast, and events are becoming a serious growth channel for the business. We're looking for an Events Logistics Specialist to take ownership of the operational and logistical delivery of our events programme, working closely with and reporting to the Senior Events Manager.

The Senior Events Manager owns the events strategy, budget and commercial results. Your role is to make sure every event they plan runs smoothly on the ground — venues booked, suppliers briefed, materials ready, registration handled, and the day itself delivered without a hitch.

This is a great role for someone who's hands-on, highly organised, and enjoys the detail of making an event actually happen — without needing to own the strategic or commercial decisions behind it.

What Your Main Focus Will Be

  • Take ownership of the logistics and on-the-ground delivery for each event on the calendar set by the Senior Events Manager
  • Coordinate venues, suppliers, registration platforms, AV, merchandise and contractors, and manage on-site delivery on the day
  • Build and maintain event logistics timelines, checklists and supplier schedules, flagging risks or delays to the Senior Events Manager early
  • Manage event registration and attendee communications, ensuring a smooth and professional experience before, during and after each event
  • Handle the practical lead-up work for each event: bookings, print and merchandise orders, badge and registration set-up, stand build coordination
  • Manage pack-down and post-event admin, including supplier returns, invoice checks and thank-you communications
  • Keep event trackers, timelines and supplier documentation accurate and up to date, feeding clean data into the reporting the Senior Events Manager compiles
  • Support with lead capture and note-taking on-site, and hand this over promptly to the Senior Events Manager and Sales for follow-up

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Working Alongside the Senior Events Manager

This role is designed to complement, not duplicate, the Senior Events Manager's remit. They set the events strategy, budget, commercial targets and post-event reporting; you make sure the logistics behind every event are handled with precision, so they can focus on the bigger picture.

  • The Senior Events Manager decides which events to run and why — you deliver the operational plan for each one
  • The Senior Events Manager owns budget, supplier negotiation and commercial reporting — you manage day-to-day supplier coordination and keep costs and timelines on track
  • The Senior Events Manager owns the post-event review and pipeline reporting — you provide the accurate, timely data and lead handover that makes that reporting possible

What Success Looks Like

  • Every event runs smoothly on the day, with logistics handled well ahead of time
  • Venues, suppliers, AV and materials are booked, briefed and confirmed with no last-minute scrambles
  • Registration and attendee communications are clear, professional and on time
  • Risks and delays are flagged early, giving the Senior Events Manager time to act
  • Event data and lead handovers are accurate and delivered promptly after each event
  • The Senior Events Manager can trust the operational detail is covered, freeing them to focus on strategy and results
