Events Management Trainee
Volta Ventures runs live sales events and in-store retail campaigns for major telecoms brands across the West Midlands. We build our managers from the grassroots level. We are looking for ambitious career-driven individuals excited about building a career within this sector as we take on board more clients and look to expand into new markets across the country soon. Individuals looking to develop themselves into being great leaders and responsible for large growth and big responsibilities is what we are in search for.
Your Week With Us
- Learning the campaign from the ground up. Face-to-Face events and retail work for major telecoms brands
- Recruiting, onboarding and training new event and retail staff as you progress
- Coaching and developing team members on site, one-to-one and in groups
- Owning campaign targets and reporting on team and individual performance
- Taking on increasing responsibility for running events and retail locations
- Working toward leading teams across multiple sites

Any degree background welcome. No previous management or work experience needed. Full training provided, starting on the ground and building toward leading a team.

Where it all Happens
Our office is in Birmingham city centre, minutes from New Street, Moor Street and Snow Hill and well served by bus and tram. We regularly hire from Solihull, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Walsall, Dudley, West Bromwich, Sutton Coldfield and further out across the West Midlands and Staffordshire.
