We are partnering with a prestigious global wealth management organisation to recruit an accomplished Events Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected business, leading the planning and execution of a diverse portfolio of premium events designed to engage high-net-worth individuals, private clients, and key stakeholders.
As Events Manager, you will take ownership of an annual programme of high-profile events, ensuring every experience reflects the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, marketing teams, and external partners to deliver memorable client experiences that strengthen relationships and enhance the firm's brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a varied programme of corporate events, including conferences, client dinners, seminars, networking events, and hospitality experiences.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional attendee experiences.
- Build strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Oversee event budgets, negotiate with venues and suppliers, and ensure commercial value.
- Coordinate event logistics including venue sourcing, production, catering, guest management, and on-site delivery.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and communications teams to maximise event impact.
- Measure event success through reporting, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all events are delivered in line with brand standards, compliance requirements, and business objectives.

About You
- Significant experience managing large-scale corporate events from concept to completion.
- Experience delivering events for high-net-worth individuals, private clients, C-suite executives, or similarly discerning audiences.
- Exceptional project management and organisational skills.
- Outstanding stakeholder management with the confidence to engage senior leaders.
- Strong budget management and supplier negotiation experience.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience within financial services, wealth management, private banking, luxury brands, or professional services would be advantageous but is not essential.
