Events Manager | Skittle Media
We’re looking for an experienced Events Manager to join Skittle Media and help deliver and grow solli’s events programme.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of events from planning through to delivery, while helping us build the processes, technology and best practice needed to scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end event planning, project management and delivery
- Managing venues, suppliers, budgets and event logistics
- Registration, ticketing and attendee management
- Supporting audience growth, event marketing and ticket sales
- Managing sponsor activations and delivering an excellent partner experience
- Coordinating internal teams, including Client, Marketing, Creative, Editorial and Video
- Implementing and improving event technology, data and reporting
- Developing scalable processes and identifying ways to improve how we deliver events

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience delivering B2B events
- Is highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Has experience with event technology and ticketing/registration platforms
- Understands event marketing and audience acquisition
- Is confident working with clients, sponsors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Is commercially minded, solutions-focused and comfortable taking ownership
- Is excited by technology, AI and finding smarter ways of working
- Is ready to take the next step in their career and help build a growing events function
