Events Manager (EMEA) Fully Remote | Up to £38,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Events Manager to join a high-performing international marketing and events team, supporting the delivery of regional programmes across EMEA.
This role is ideal for a highly organised events professional who enjoys managing multiple projects and delivering exceptional experiences for customers, partners, and stakeholders across a variety of event formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver a range of regional events, including executive exchanges, advisory boards, roadshows, conferences, webinars, and virtual events.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue sourcing, supplier management, travel arrangements, hotel bookings, delegate communications, and onsite coordination.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, sales teams, marketing teams, and external vendors to ensure successful event delivery.
- Manage event budgets, purchase orders, contracts, and supplier relationships.
- Oversee attendee registration, event platforms, and reporting processes.
- Track event performance, attendee engagement, and ROI, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support wider marketing initiatives and campaign activities aligned to business objectives.
- Ensure a seamless attendee experience throughout the event lifecycle.

Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in an Events Manager, Event Coordinator, or Events Specialist role.
- Proven experience delivering corporate events, conferences, roadshows, and virtual events.
- Strong experience coordinating travel, accommodation, and hotel bookings for delegates and stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with event management systems, CRM platforms, or Salesforce would be advantageous.
- Experience within a technology, SaaS, or B2B environment is desirable.
