Job Opportunity: Events Manager
The Flexible Space Association is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Events Manager to take responsibility for delivering a wide range of events – including two large-scale annual events and smaller in-person and online ones throughout the year.
With a number of events already planned for the coming months, we’re looking for someone who can quickly get up to speed and play a key role in delivering successful, engaging events for our members and wider audience.

Role Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering a varied programme of in-person and online events
- Managing the practical and logistical aspects of events
- Using webinar and event technology confidently
- Creating promotional materials to support event marketing
- Producing written reports and follow-up content after events

Job Details
- Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire
- Salary: £34-£40k, dependent on experience
- Working Hours: Standard working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30, working Mondays & Fridays from home and Tuesdays to Thursdays in the office.
- There will be a need for occasional UK travel, and to sometimes attend events outside of normal working hours.
- Annual Leave: 25 days
