About Hello Partner

Hello Partner is a B2B media and events business at the heart of the partnerships and creator economy. We own and operate our own events - we don’t deliver on behalf of clients, we build things and communities we believe in.

CreatorFest is our flagship creator festival - we are on track to become Europe’s leading festival for the creator economy, bringing together thousands of people from across the influencer marketing and creator industries. Alongside CreatorFest, we run the business’ flagship performance show, PI LIVE, a growing portfolio of awards, hosted programmes, and community events throughout the year.

We’re a tight-knit team based in Bristol. We care deeply about the community we serve and we’re committed to building something that lasts - not just producing events, but nurturing a community that keeps coming back. That ethos runs through everything we do.

The Opportunity

In 2026, we marked a new era for CreatorFest - a bold reimagining of how the creator economy comes together for a summer festival in a brand new home. Building across the incredible momentum of the last two years - and the soaring growth across the industry - we built the ultimate playground for nearly 2,000 of The UK & Europe’s boldest creators, extending the festival across two days to allow for even more collaboration, inspiration, and creativity.

Our mission is simple: to bring together a thriving ecosystem of creators, platforms, brands, and marketing leaders, to inspire them to think bigger, bolder, and to build meaningful connections that last long beyond the event.

CreatorFest is taking the influencer economy off your screens and into the real world - building a shared experience with peers through immersive experience suites, brand activations, and creative labs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ll work alongside our other Senior Events Manager, who leads PI Live. This is a genuine two-person events team and we expect you to operate exactly as that - collaborating, cross-covering, sharing knowledge, and backing each other. The events are different, the audiences have some overlap, and the team mentality is everything.

What You’ll Own

  • Shaping the show experience - including flow, atmosphere, activations, and the moments that people remember
  • Venue and site relationships across all spaces
  • Full supplier management - AV/production, catering, photography, rigging, security, and more
  • Floorplan and site layout, working with suppliers to bring the festival vision to life
  • Speaker and partner management (alongside our conference producers) in the run-up to and during the event
  • On-site production leadership across build days, live days, and breakdown
  • Budget ownership and supplier negotiations
  • Health and safety compliance, working with our events safety consultant

Community Events

  • Planning and delivering a programme of smaller events throughout the year for the creator community
  • Using community events to deepen relationships with our audience between the big shows

Collaboration

  • Working closely with our marketing team on show assets, partner branding, signage, and on-site content
  • Working with our ops team on registration flows, the event app, and attendee experience

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of large scale live event or conference management experience - ideally having owned a flagship show, not just supported one
  • Background in owned events, festivals, or media - not venue-side, hotel, or agency delivery

  • Comfortable with monday.com or similar project management tools, and open to using AI in your workflow
  • Great supplier relationships and solid negotiation skills
  • A feel for atmosphere and experience - you know what makes an event feel alive and what makes a community feel seen
  • A genuine team player - collaborative, low-ego, and as invested in your colleague’s events as your own
  • Calm, decisive, and solutions-focused when things don’t go to plan on-site
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bristol

What We Offer

  • Salary of ~ £30,000 - £36,000 depending on experience
