Events Manager
Carden Park Hotel

Position: Events Manager
Salary: Dependant on experience up to £29,000 per annum plus service charge plus extensive benefits
Contract: Enjoy a full-time role of 40 hours per week, working a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
Carden Park Hotel’s Conference and Banqueting team are looking for an Events Manager to operationally manage weddings and events. If you have previous experience running wedding and events, who would love to join a remarkable team, then we would love to meet you.
Your Day With Team Carden
- Manage events from guest arrival through to successful delivery throughout their stay.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure events run smoothly and meet client expectations.
- Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and event details.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Support the wider hotel team as required, adapting to the needs of the business.

About You
- Previous experience managing weddings and events, ideally within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and memorable events.
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities.
- Calm under pressure, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and confident building relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Hands-on team player with a flexible approach and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality.
Due to the rural location of Carden Park, applicants should have access to a vehicle or reliable transport methods.
